Our unique arrangement of rooms allow you to select the best option for your stay. You can choose to stay in a larger room, a room with a kitchenette, adjoining rooms or a quiet room on its own. Let us know if you prefer to stay pool side or upstairs on a balcony with a view. We have rooms that accommodate 6 people (our "six pack" rooms), single King rooms, double Queen and full rooms, 2 condos that sleep 10-14 and a house that sleeps 8.  The honeymoon suite, the condos and house all have complete kitchens with cooking utensils, etc. With this wide variety of rooms, family holidays and weddings are easy to arrange.

Reservations can be made by phone anytime.  To check room rates and availability, call (956) 761-5622 during office hours 9:00am -6:00pm seven days a week, 365 days a year. After hours, you may receive a recording as the front offices are closed.

Cancellation Policy: All reservations require a credit card to hold the room.  Please notify the office 72 hours prior to the date of arrival to cancel and receive a complete refund.  Cancellations made after 3pm will be charged one day's rate as quoted for that particular room. Weekend reservations need to be cancelled by Wednesday 3pm to avoid a cancellation fee.

Check in is at 3:00 pm and Check out is at 11:00 am.  There is a holdover fee of $50 an hour after 11:00 am with no exceptions.

Pet Deposit: Pets are welcome but must be disclosed at check in and kept on a leash at all times.  Pets are not allowed near the pool area. There is a $40 non-refundable pet deposit.  Any damages will be assessed extra.

All rooms are NON- SMOKING.  Smoking in any of the hotel rooms will incur an automatic $150 cleaning fee charged to the credit card.  It may be charged after checkout, when the rooms are cleaned, typically within 48 hours of checkout.
